Drive the acquisition of new Ground Handling contracts and renewals of existing customer agreements.
Conduct commercial reviews, pricing analyses and prepare commercial proposals, quotations and contract documentation.
Coordinate ad hoc flight handling requirements, including charter and private jet operations, ensuring seamless execution with operations teams.
Maintain contract, pricing and customer information within CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of all commercial activities.
Manage SAP-related commercial processes, including rate maintenance, sales order creation and billing support in close collaboration with Finance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
Experience managing B2B customer relationships, contract negotiations, and commercial proposals.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial data, pricing models, and business performance.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
