Methodology
How the index is counted
HiredInn counts Singapore roles found on official employer career pages and published employer application channels. A role remains current only while the employer continues to list it and the listing has not passed a credible expiry date.
Employer posting dates are used when available. Otherwise, HiredInn shows the date the role was first seen. Sitemap update dates move only when job content changes, not when a page is checked again.
Company, brand, and property names are normalized so the same opening is not counted twice under two spellings. Roles are also checked for duplicate employer URLs and requisition identifiers.
Manual employer catalogs are counted separately as ongoing application roles because they do not have the same opening and closing cycle as an ATS listing.
Daily history stores one aggregate snapshot per Singapore calendar date. If HiredInn runs more than once on the same day, the latest successful refresh replaces that date instead of adding a duplicate row.
