Identify practical, business-relevant ways to implement the ERM framework, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and adds real value to business units rather than being a compliance exercise alone.
Advise business units on the risks and controls identification and assessment process, and guide them in properly documenting risks, controls, and assessment outcomes.
Review business units’ internal control environments and identify opportunities to strengthen overall internal controls.
Coordinate and drive the assurance process across business units, including planning, follow-up and reporting of outcomes.
Coordinate and drive BCP testing and simulation exercise to improve business units’ maturity and capability in handling a crisis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in a relevant discipline
Experience in business continuity and crisis management
Good understanding of risk management and business continuity principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide business units through documentation and assessment processes
