Support creation of programs in Learning Platform (Novo Ed).
As a Learning and Development Delivery Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of learning programs across Asia Pacific.
Conduct pre-session checks, monitor attendance, engagement, and troubleshoot issues.
Working closely with facilitators, internal stakeholders, and the Learning Delivery team, you will gain hands-on experience with the virtual delivery of programs, contributing to regional learning initiatives.
Learning Systems and Platforms: maintain and update training records in learning systems (DLZ), ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in Learning and Development and hospitality
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
