Ensure above property teams and hotels are equipped with the learning resources, contacts, and timelines needed.
Build and maintain alignment across global, regional, and market stakeholders to ensure learning workstreams are coordinated and sequenced in lockstep with deployment milestones.
Oversee the integration of Power of M content into current APEC learning offerings and business-as-usual training resources.
Provide regular updates to senior leaders on learning progress, outcomes, and emerging risks.
Track and analyze learning data to monitor readiness, assess learning effectiveness, and identify intervention needs and opportunities for improvement between deployment waves.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Experience in Learning and Development or a related HR discipline
Familiarity with learning technologies and digital learning platforms; comfortable developing working fluency in new tools and systems
Ability to translate data and metrics into actionable insights and recommendations
Ability to translate technicalities of the learning platform and data into clear and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
