Support the design and execution of content and experiences within Curiosity Cove, Kidz World, and other child-focused indoor attractions.
Coordinate IP submissions, feedback cycles, and approvals to ensure timely delivery of content and experiences
Review guest and operational feedback to support continuous improvement and refinement of content and experiences Collaboration and Capability Building
Work with Education, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and operationally feasible.
Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance guest engagement, repeat visitation and ancillary revenue opportunities through content and programming

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Education, Hospitality, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of children programmes or IP-based content
Experience working with licensed IPs, brand guidelines or structured approval processes is preferred
Good financial acumen with experience in budget tracking, cost control or royalty management
Experience in children’s attractions, family entertainment, museums or education-based environment is an advantage
