Develop the roadmap for guest experience capabilities that support Mandai's vision of becoming an integrated wildlife destination.
Collaborate with teams across Commerce, Membership, Marketing, Operations, Conservation, Analytics and Technology to deliver connected guest experiences.
Monitor app performance and continuously improve user experience.
Lead product discovery and prioritisation.
Lead products from concept through launch and continuous optimisation.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, Mobile Applications, Customer Experience, Loyalty Programmes, Digital Transformation or related disciplines.
At least 3–5 years of people leadership experience managing product or cross-functional teams.
Proven experience owning and managing mobile applications throughout the product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to feature delivery and optimisation.
Strong experience managing digital products across web and mobile platforms within an omni-channel environment.
Experience delivering customer-facing digital products using Agile methodologies.
