Responsibilities

Maintain accurate asset records for all M&E systems including ACMV, Electrical, Generators, Fire Protection, and Plumbing and Sanitary systems across park facilities and buildings.
Monitor utilities consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and establish baseline data to support energy management initiatives across the park.
Conduct daily inspections of front-of-house (FOH) areas and back-of-house (BOH) critical systems and essential services to ensure all equipment remains in a state of operational readiness.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for defect rectification and maintenance works.
Supervise, plan and organise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Requirements

Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Facility Management/Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or Facilities Management.
Able to demonstrate technical competency to analyze and troubleshoot M&E issues.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a positive working attitude and is an excellent team player.
