Responsibilities

Support hotels in translating culinary improvements into commercial results, working closely with hotel leadership on the link between food quality, F&B revenue and profit.
Act as a working culinary resource for hotels during openings, renovations and concept refreshes, providing on-the-ground execution support.
Work directly with trading hotels across SEA to lift F&B and restaurant performance, spending extensive time on property rather than managing remotely.
Identify underperforming F&B concepts and take an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to rebuilding them, from food and concept through to guest experience.
Build restaurants and food experiences with genuine local relevance, so that outlets are supported by the local community, not only hotel guests.

Requirements

Experience across multiple markets in SEA strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with hotel GMs, owners and cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel extensively across SEA around 50 to 60%.
Strong commercial instincts, with an understanding of how food quality translates into guest satisfaction and revenue.
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, able to earn the trust of hotel chefs, GMs and owners quickly.
