Lead the strategic transformation from fragmented regional HC platforms to a unified Group-level solution
Ensure all HC solutions comply with Group Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and data protection, and Integration and interoperability standards
Lead technology evaluation, vendor comparison, and partner selection activities for HC solutions
Ensure IT standards compliance in close coordination with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Integration, and Cybersecurity teams
Ensure selected solutions support scalability, compliance, and innovation (including AI capabilities)

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Senior experience leading Human Capital technology transformations, preferably with SAP Success Factors in multi‑tenant or multi‑region environments.
Strong understanding of AI applications in HC and digital workforce enablement.
Experience leading teams of Product Managers or Solution Owners in global organisations.
Ability to operate credibly at both strategic and execution levels
