Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager within luxury hotels.
Demonstrated success in leading delivering outstanding financial performance, operational excellence and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Extensive experience upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality, with a thorough understanding of Forbes Travel Guide, Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA), brand standards and personalised guest experiences.
A genuine passion for gracious hospitality, craftsmanship and service excellence, with a commitment to preserving and elevating the legacy of an iconic luxury brand.
