Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT support or hotel technology operations, preferably within a hospitality environment.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, telephony and Wi-Fi is advantageous.
Experience working with external IT vendors and service providers is advantageous.
