The Engagement Ambassador is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for young guests while delivering exceptional service to families.
The Engagement Ambassador warmly welcomes families, assists with registrations and enquiries, maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the Kids Club, and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver enriching recreational
Support the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, including registration, guest enquiries, and children pick-up procedures.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children through adherence to established operating procedures.

Requirements

Secondary education or Diploma/degree in hospitality management preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to children's programs, family recreation, childcare, or related environments.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable standing for long hours as the job requires while delivering attentive and personalized guest service.
Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and operationally required schedules.
