Requirements

Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, preferably within an international full-service hotel.
Previous experience as a Director of Operations, Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager or equivalent senior operational leadership role.
Strong operational experience across Rooms and Food and Beverage, with a sound understanding of Culinary/Kitchen operations.
Strong leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with an international hotel brand and familiarity with brand standards would be advantageous.
