Maintain contact with planners, corporate accounts, incentive buyers, airlines and wholesalers, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications.
Maintain close liaison with corporate sales teams and those of other IHG hotels to ensure the hotel receives proper corporate consideration, direction and support.
Provide total account management to assigned corporate accounts to maintain and develop new business opportunities for the hotel, thereby increasing market share of existing accounts to achieve budgets.
Identify and generate sales leads from all available channels for business development purposes.
Attend major trade shows/fairs to represent and promote sales for the hotel.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in marketing, hotel administration or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record and good client network.
Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills with an innovative approach in providing solutions.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
