Requirements

- Have at least 10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume premium dining environments.
- Expertise in Italian, Californian, fire-led or artisanal cooking styles would be strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead dynamic culinary teams with structure, clarity and passion.
- Strong financial acumen: food cost, waste control, purchasing, and productivity management.
