Understand luxury guest expectations, service standards and hotel offerings (Spa, F&B, Leisure packages), delivering exceptional after-sales service.
Manage and grow a designated luxury leisure portfolio, driving revenue and expanding the client base.
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the high-value leisure client base and building strong relationships with global markets, luxury agencies and travel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, luxury agencies, tour operators and clients, following up on all leads promptly.
This role drives revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, exceptional client service and proactive business development, while collaborating with internal teams to maximize opportunities and deliver unforgettable experiences for discerning guests.

Requirements

Bachelor in Hospitality Management/Business/Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury hotels with a proven sales track record considered an advantage
Proficiency in CRM systems (Opera Cloud, or other hotel CRM tools)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations and analysis
Familiarity with market intelligence and competitor benchmarking tools
