Own the UKG product in the SGHub region, with end-to-end accountability from a Group Technology perspective
Serve as the primary technology liaison for UKG in SGHub, interfacing between Group Technology, business (HR and Operations) stakeholders, and UKG partners
Ensure that the UKG configuration and tenant-specific design for SGHub meets approved functional requirements
Liaise with specialist teams and ensure the SGHub UKG solution complies with Group Technology guidelines for architecture, data, integrations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
Manage the formal governance process for any SGHub-specific changes: evaluate and approve (or reject) configuration changes, custom reports, or interface adjustments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing or supporting HR/Workforce Management systems in a multi-entity or multi-tenant environment.
Able to work closely with HR to interpret pay rules, overtime policies, leave management processes, etc., and ensure the system configuration correctly supports these.
Experience in a role that required governing or maintaining a system configuration baseline (ensuring changes are reviewed, documented, and aligned to standards).
Prior experience in a multi-cultural work environment and a matrix organizational structure is beneficial.
