Responsibilities

Ensuring that the quantities and types of items received are correct.
To pick and consolidate food items according to flight/lounge using the Infolog Pick List, and issue out to Food Assembly Assistant (FAA)/Operation Assistant (Food Checker) OAFC.
Actively look through the Infolog system to identify additional orders or shortfall items, and inform Kitchens through paging system of the requirement.
Action on items that is shortfall and inform Catering Officer (CO) Floor on discrepancies.
Dispatch additional meal orders to all kitchens and record the timing of the additional orders made and received.
