Responsibilities

Collect, build up the carts and check First Class (FRCL), Business Class (BCL), Economy Class (EYCL) meals, Special Meals (SPML), beverages and other Inflight items for uplift to aircraft according the airlines’ requirements;
Perform pick confirm on Infolog upon the collection of all items from Food Bank, Sub-store, and Bakery;
Coordinate with Catering Control and make final adjustments according the final passenger load;
Prepare additional meals for FRCL, BCL and EYCL if loading has not commenced;
Ensure that equipment set comply with the correct Equipment Load Plan;
