Responsibilities

Support the PMO team in project governance, project tracking, and reporting activities across SG Hub initiatives and transformation projects.2.
Work closely with Business Units and project working teams to support data collection, project updates, risk and issue tracking, and governance reporting for projects under full PMO governance.3.
Assist in consolidating project updates, maintaining dashboards, tracking action items, risks, issues, dependencies and key milestones across multiple cross-functional prokects.4.
Support data preparation, analysis, and visualisation efforts for management reporting and operational reviews using Wrike.5.
Assist in development of templates, standardisation efforts, and PMO documentation to improve project governance, visibility, and reporting consistency.6.
