  • G-Ops: mobile app utilised by staff - to monitor tasks and for staff to 'start' & 'stop' the milestones assigned with updates
  • Main Objectives: To drive transition from manual deployment processes and paper-based flight documentation to digital platforms, enhancing real-time tracking, visibility, and operational efficiencyPOC for Change management efforts, including:
  • Support system onboarding through staff engagement
