Ensure effective technology enablement, delivery and support aligned with global standards and local specific requirements
Drive a cultural shift from siloed JV shadow IT towards one enterprise-wide technology mindset across all Food Solutions markets.
Act as the primary technology voice for the Food Solutions business at the executive level.
Lead and consolidate the global Food Solutions Tech team — integrating overseas Food Tech resources with Food business partners into a single, high-performing function.
Serve as the business partner for business leaders, ensuring technology is a driver of growth, efficiency and business value

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
Ongoing commitment to training and professional development in technology (through conferences, courses, certifications) to stay current with industry best practices
Strong delivery management experience deploying technology initiatives (digital platforms and applications, automation, data-driven projects)
Strong experience in ERP delivery (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, China ERP or equivalent) in a complex, multi-entity environment
Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements for stakeholders at all organizational levels, aligned with global technology vision and strategy
