  • Handle catering enquiries from private jet / charter operators (FBO or F/A). Orders creation and dissemination to kitchens and support areas (e.g., Purchasing) for follow up.
  • Monitor and acknowledge flight advice or movements.
  • Coordinate all orders with respective areas (i.e., Documentation, Cabin, Production, Duty Manager etc.).
  • Assist to attend all VIP or CIP private jets / charters flight arrivals in SIN;
  • Supervise and assist in the packing of orders to ensure that meals requested are prepared to the clients’ specification.
