- The individual will provide on-the-job training/guidance to newly hired employees as well as enhanced knowledge transfer to current employees to keep everyone up-to-date on changes in the industry that affect job requirements.
- Conducts training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks.
- Conducts training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure to record and file all new staff pre-solo assessment forms before deployment to Operations
- Ensure to update and conduct read and sign for any safety flashes and any changes to operational/SOP/Ops manual.
