Curriculum Design & Learning Solutions
Design, curate, and continuously improve end-to-end learning curricula aligned to business priorities, leadership frameworks, and future skills needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development or related field.
5-7 years of experience in talent development/management or learning & development within complex, service‑intensive environments; hospitality or integrated resort experience is advantageous.
Experience in curriculum design and programme facilitation across leadership and professional skills programs.
Exposure to high-potential or leadership development programmes is strongly preferred.
