Responsibilities

Work closely with HR Services Team on new applicants who have signed Employment Agreements; on applicants who are not joining MBS (Self Rejected, Anomaly, No Show etc); and following up of GRA application forms or withdrawal of applications from ALPS.
Handle all licence pass requests and issuance; includes Gaming and Non-Gaming Licence.
Maintain by updating the Levy exemption master list upon GRA’s approval or refusal of levy exemption.
Handle retroactive leave of absence requests.
Assist with managing the payment of AREU fees of eligible TMs

Requirements

University Degree, preferably major in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Proven experience in a shared services environment or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using relevant software and technology for transaction processing.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
