Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge casino guests, provide friendly, excellent service to every guest in accordance with Departmental and Marina Bay Sands service standards.
Maintain impeccable ethical standards and report any ethical breaches.
Assist Card Room Supervisor as required.
Assist Assistant Card Room Managers in delivering shuffled cards to the pits.
Assist Card Room Supervisors in checking and destroying the used cards.

Requirements

No experience required as training will be provided
Prior experience dealing in a land-based casino will be advantageous.
Able to communicate with guests effectively in English, with fluency in Korean preferred for interacting with Korean guests.
Possess excellent customer relations, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.
