- Administer and maintain WSH-related databases and systems, including the WSH intranet portal, online incident reporting portals, and other web-based platforms.
- Compile, analyze, and present up-to-date Workplace Safety and Health Safety Performance Indicator (SPI) metrics, including the preparation of bi-weekly reports and dashboards.
- Use Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and charting functions, to analyze, consolidate, and validate data.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases in accordance with established organizational standards.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, reporting, or operational support role.
- Experience in project coordination and analytics systems will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, and basic macros.
