Prepare routine financial and operational reports and presentations for Management, Corporate and Regulatory authorities
Support the financial planning and analysis for General and Admin, Marketing and Advertising and Property Operations divisions.
Collaborate with business units to provide variance analysis and commentaries on the financial performance of the departments.
Lead or consult on to summarize, reconcile, and report financial data to track trends
Identify areas of improvement in reporting efficiencies, process improvement and cost savings

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or demonstrated equivalent capability
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (SAS/SQL experience advantageous);
Experience in using visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau will be advantageous;
Must have strong interpersonal, communication and PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver clear and concise presentations.
