- Track project status, key milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and portfolio-level metrics to support management visibility and decision-making.
- Support Project Managers in preparing materials for Steering Committee, Governance Board, and management reviews, including slide decks, dashboards, executive summaries, financial updates, and risk or issue summaries.
- Ensure Project Managers update their project financial trackers, consolidated timesheets, and financial inputs on time, and validate that internal and external labor entries are aligned with the relevant financial trackers.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project resources, including access provisioning, PPM/tool setup, documentation handover, and closure of access or administrative items for internal and external team members.
- Maintain the centralized repository of project documentation, ensuring appropriate version control, accessibility, completeness, and alignment with PMO document management standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Share Point; exposure to PPM, reporting, dashboard, or collaboration tools is preferred.
- Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources and support preparation of reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and summaries.
- Strong willingness to learn, with good coordination, planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Finance teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up on deliverables in a structured project delivery environment.
