- Monitor campaign performance metrics and flag insights, executional gaps, or implementation adjustments to Marketing teams to enhance reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in social media, entertainment, and hospitality to support campaign planning and activation ideas.
Requirements
- for: Sands Live Concert Series featuring major A list Western and Asian artists; Casino Private Events held in ballrooms or theatres; Special Events such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, red carpet events, and movie premieres.
- Serve as Event Manager for assigned Marina Bay Sands events, under the guidance of senior Entertainment management, ensuring smooth on site execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Technical Production, Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Transportation, BOH/FOH teams, and Ticketing, to fulfill artist and event requirements.
- Liaise with Legal and Procurement teams to draft, review, and execute artist contracts, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timely approvals.
- Track contract status, approvals, and key milestones, escalating risks or delays where necessary.
