Responsibilities

Support Project Lead of Facilities A&A to successfully set-up, manage, coordinate and deliver A&A and renovations projects to a high quality standard, on time and within budget.
Ensure all potential issues are flagged properly and within a reasonable time period for resolution Provide recommended solutions as required to progress the projects to completion.
Ensure that all project related information is communicated properly to relevant parties.
Manage the project brief to ensure that all aspects are managed and maintained through the concept, design development, tender and construction phases.
Coordinate and attend all project update meetings.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in the fields of Architectural, Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
Professional Qualification and Certification relating to the above-mentioned fields will be an advantage.
At least 10 years solid hand-on practical experience in large-scale properties such as Integrated Resort, Hospitality, Mixed Development, MICE etc.
Good design sense and ability to read complex architectural and services drawings.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
