Responsibilities

Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for Credit Management related to production, Team Member productivity, efficiency, as well as customer Source of Wealth related performances.
Conduct comprehensive reviews, evaluations and appraisals of credit customer Source of Wealth to ensure sufficient information is obtained to make informed credit decisions and minimize risk.
Coordinate and undertake ad-hoc projects as requested by Credit Management.
The primary function of the Assistant Manager, Business Intelligence, is to oversee the business intelligence function in Casino Credit consisting of researching and reporting on patron due diligence, development and timely reporting of data analytics
Conduct in-depth analysis of Credit portfolio based on various customer segmentation, supporting strategic and operational decision- making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Source of Wealth research, AML/KYC, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, credit risk or data analytics.
Experience in credit portfolio analysis, customer segmentation, performance reporting and the use of data-visualisation or business-analytics platforms like PowerBI in addition to Microsoft Office is preferred.
Experience reviewing third-party due diligence reports, managing screening or news-monitoring databases, and escalating suspicious information to Compliance or Legal is advantageous.
Able to communicate with guests effectively in Mandarin, with fluency in English as successful candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking guests.
