Responsibilities

Lead business discovery workshops and business analysis activities for complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure business requirements align with product strategy and customer value.
Support solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness and business adoption activities.
Analyse and document business processes, review and validate test plans, support user acceptance testing, and track/manage requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational processes and customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise software, product development, or digital transformation environments.
Experience in business discovery, process mapping, requirements elicitation, business process modelling, user story development, data mapping, functional analysis, and test planning.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent collaboration tools.
Experience within enterprise software, regulated industries, or mission-critical operational environments would be advantageous.
