Responsibilities

As the Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise each security operation shift, making sure adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and team members.
Familiarize with and check hotel fire equipment and fire evacuation passages.
Ensure Security Officers report issues to respective department promptly as recorded during their patrols.
Familiarize with each department’s work procedures, security knowledge and emergency procedures, supervising each position’s professional knowledge and work standard.

Requirements

A Security Team Leader serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
High School or Secondary Vocational School graduate.
Holds a valid Security Officer License by Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD).
Proficient with hotel security, public security, fire control and management.
Familiar with fire and traffic safety laws and regulations.
