Responsibilities

As the Security Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise each security operation shift, making sure adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and team members.
Familiarize with and check hotel fire equipment and fire evacuation passages.
Ensure Security Officer report any safety, security and defects issues to the respective department promptly as recorded during their patrols.
Familiarize with each department’s work procedures, security knowledge and emergency procedures, supervising each position’s professional knowledge and work standards.

Requirements

A Security Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Holds a valid Security Officer License by Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD).
Able to communicate effectively and clearly.
Good knowledge of the hotel’s life-safety systems, fire equipment and security operations.
