Responsibilities

Support leadership of the team in line with Hilton’s global Promise to our Team Members – in absence of Director of Sales, take leadership responsibility for team.
Coordinate activity plans with Hilton's regional China sales office and align account coverage to avoid duplication.
Assist Director of Sales in producing the annual Revenue Plan, S&M budgets and monthly/weekly forecasts, and monthly review of expenses.
Support recruitment and selection of the Sales and Groups team.
Develop relationship and coordinate activity plans with all relevant global/regional sales offices.

Requirements

Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue planning, forecasting, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Previous experience in event sales and/or event management with a track record of implementing innovative sales initiatives.
Strong sales, negotiation, lead management, and closing skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
