Maintain Safety and Compliance: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by enforcing strict Health, Safety and Hygiene standards.
As Outlet Manager, you will lead daily floor operations, elevate service standards, and empower your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Resource and Roster Planning: Prepare efficient shift rosters and manage operational resources according to business volume, hotel occupancy and special events.

Requirements

2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4 / 5-star category hotel.
Good English skills, both written and verbal to meet business needs.
Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
Strong leadership, people management and training skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
