Responsibilities

Review sales and other revenue generating business plans, identify gaps, ensure proactive measures to fill hotel rooms, F&B venues and conference space capacity and meet set targets
Ensure the Sales Team is developed effectively and embraces a culture of high-quality standards and proactive selling
Support Director of Sales in supervising and coaching team members
Support Director of Sales in tasks such as team member training and performance related assessments.
Perform other duties delegated by Director of Sales and Commercial Director

Requirements

Demonstrates a positive and professional approach to work, with strong communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business performance indicators and market or competitive trends.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar sales capacity is preferred.
