To handle all kinds of luggage meant for arrivals, departures and storage and ensuring that they are handled with care.
To ensure that all arrival luggage is tagged and delivered to guest rooms in the shortest possible time and with care.
To handle a guest room, change, adhering to set procedures at all times.
To assist departing guest with luggage and transportation requirements.
To be familiar with the different types of storage available and to ensure proper records are kept for all items kept in storage for example Short Term, Long Term and items to be refrigerated.

Requirements

Good written and spoken English communication skills to support daily operational and guest service requirements.
Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Able to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
