Assist in training/educating employees on current safety and security issues to ensure compliance with all Company loss control policies and current security, and safety regulations.
Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs to security equipment or hotel property as needed and ensure that equipment is prepared and operational for the following day’s work.
Provide security awareness training to hotel employees to promote a culture of security and vigilance.
Conduct regular briefings and disseminate information on potential threats, security updates, and best practices to ensure team members are well-informed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, investigations, and actions taken.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in security management, law enforcement, or the police force
At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a international hotel chain
Possess a valid PLRD License and CERT SMC certification
Able work on rotating shifts (including night shifts), weekends and Public Holidays
Able to converse fluently in English.
