Responsibilities

To manage corporate accounts within an assigned base or geographic area to maximize revenue, achieve personal/team goals, and increase market share against competitors
Generate leads through sales calls, site inspections, cliententertainment, and prospecting new accounts
Attend tradeshows, sales blitzes, workshops, and similar events in assigned markets
To implement all sales related activities such as planning, monitoring and measuring all customers within the defined territory
To actively secure groups to form part of the hotel base occupancy, and focus on group conversion through timely follow through of prospect and tentative bookings in the assigned markets

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity or a Diploma in Hotel Management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Possesses professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
