Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality chocolate products, desserts, pastries, and confectionery items in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations.
Assist in the production of handcrafted chocolates, pralines, bonbons, truffles, chocolate decorations, and seasonal specialty items.
Perform chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobing, and finishing techniques to ensure consistency, shine, texture, and product quality.
Support the day-to-day operations of the pastry and chocolate kitchen to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Assist senior chefs with food preparation, chocolate production, dessert plating, and execution of menu offerings.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in a pastry, dessert, chocolatier, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Culinary, Pastry, or Patisserie qualification is preferred.
Hands-on experience in chocolate preparation, tempering, moulding, decorating, or confectionery production will be highly advantageous.
Passion for chocolate craftsmanship, dessert production, and creating high-quality confectionery products.
Knowledge of chocolate handling techniques, ingredient functionality, and quality standards.
