Build strong relationships with overseas business unit leaders, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with fellow finance business partners to drive alignment and achieve common goals across the organization.
Lead and coordinate with overseas business units into driving and preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecast and 5-year projections.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making and risk management. assessing and incorporating financial impact of business strategies and decisions.
Review overseas business units’ monthly financial results and key business drivers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or related roles.
Experience in product costing, profitability analysis, and pricing support will be an advantage.
Possess good presentation skills to articulate financial performances, business case evaluation to key stakeholders.
Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is highly preferred.
