Lead and govern the Singapore Hub HSSE strategy, policies, frameworks, and management systems to ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
Provide enterprise-wide oversight of Safety Management System (SMS) effectiveness, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and industry best practices.
Oversee the Hub's HSSE audit, inspection, and compliance programme, ensuring effective governance, risk visibility, and timely resolution of findings.
Lead governance and oversight of significant incidents, investigations, and systemic risk events, ensuring robust root-cause analysis, organizational learning, and sustainable corrective actions.
Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership, translating complex HSSE risks and regulatory developments into actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

Strong expertise in aviation safety principles and practices, with internal auditor qualifications or experience considered an advantage.
Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organization-wide adoption of new practices and initiatives.
Strong strategic, financial, and systems-thinking abilities, with experience in identifying value, measuring impact, and delivering sustainable outcomes through robust governance and execution.
Experience working in highly regulated, safety-critical, or customer service-oriented environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
