Develop and implement a differentiated quality assurance strategy aligned with FS business objectives and meeting customers and stakeholder’s requirements.
Set quality assurance goals and KPIs, and drive initiatives to achieve them.
Collaborate with senior management to integrate quality management practices into the overall business strategy, foster a culture of excellence Regional Quality Management:
Work with regional BU leads to develop, implement and maintenance of quality management systems and processes regionally and aligning with Singapore HQ Food units
Ensure compliance with regional industry regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements

At least 15 years of experience in food safety and quality management at APAC level, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000).
Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving quality improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
