Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resource Development, Education, Engineering) is preferred. Candidates with ACLP or ACTA certifications will have an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of airport operations and safety‑critical environments. Practical experience in OJT delivery, assessment, and competency validation. Ability to manage training schedules in high‑pressure, operationally constrained environments.
  • Good coaching, facilitation, and feedback skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline in documentation and compliance. Ability to work effectively with frontline supervisors, trainers, and operations leaders.
