- Execute the Planned Preventive Maintenance programmed (PPM) schedule are implemented and carry out according to schedule.
- Perform checks and inspections to all plant machinery and equipment.
- Record all inspection and comments in the forms as provided. Respond and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure guests receive quality service in accordance to Pan Pacific Hotel Group service delivery standards.
- Assist in the implementation of utilities conservation measures and takes initiative to achieve agreed target reduction set.
