- The Security Team Leader assists the Security Manager to ensure safety and security for customers and employees in the Hotel and to protect personal and real assets.
Requirements
- Conduct routine patrols with his team, looking out for suspicious persons, fires, mischiefs or safety hazards
- Ensure the physical safety of the property by checking that all doors, windows, lights, equipment, locks and emergency equipment are locked to prevent any unlawful entry and responds to any distress calls and alarms
- Ensure all the fire alarm and security systems, such as main fire alarm/ sub alarm panel, public address system, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and panic alarm, lightings are working properly and report any breakdown or defect
- Assist guests and associates with their requests for security assistance. While on patrol, assist guests with luggages and driveway management, including opening vehicle doors for our guests if our Front Office Associates are not at site.
- Brief incoming shift Associate and update of information and development as part of handover of duties
